These two images above show the spectacular murano chandeliers in glorious red, for a project which can be seen as "NEW BUILD HOUSE - York" in our Portfolio. This project was a fantastic contemporary home which took 18 months to construct. The key to the interior was the whole house lighting control system which allowed for scene setting of the various architectural light fittings, which illuminated the staircase treads from the walls at low level, concealed floor lights to uplight the double height glass atrium area and feature up and down lights with a star light effect on the ceilings in the front atrium hallway areas. The decorative lighting throughout was selected to achieve a 'wow' feature to the areas, which we have certainly achieved.

A whole house HD video system using Blu-ray, DVD Servers and Sky-HD was distributed throught the property through controls in each room. The multi room audio system allowed music to be accessed with in-wall touch screen controllers and TV interfaces.

The images above are the magnificent showhouse which has recently been completed in Leeds, to showcase the products and work of our technology partners Finite Solutions. The lighting design throughout both inside and out are examples of the breadth of their work and each room within the 4000 square foot Victorian property is dedicated to luxury home smart liefestyle technology. The showhouse can be seen within the Portfolio section as "SHOWHOUSE - Leeds".

This is our drawing to show to our clients the effect of the proposed chandeliers in the full height front hallway and the double height glass atrium area. The deep reds of the Murano glass and the tea coloured glass in the atrium are spectacular, when lit the whole areas are flooded with their reflected light of these decorative lighting fittings.

The led lighting used throughout the rooms together with low energy fittings, set into the walnut floors uplight the areas, in particular the curved glass and chrome staircase and double height glass
atrium.

This drawing is the lighting plan which we produced giving full references to the lighting positions and the type of light fittings specified. Full specification sheets are produced as well as cabling specifications. The set up demonstrations of the various fitting to be used to allow the effect to be shown to the client.
